Huw Beynon

Huw Beynon (born August 27, 1988) is a British comedian.
Early Life
Beynon was born in Harlow, but raised in Sawbridgeworth. Beynon's english mother was a teacher and his welsh father an accountant. Beynon parents now live in Saffron Walden, Essex.
Beynon was educated at Bishop's Stortford College in Hertfordshire. He was head of his boarding house, Robert Peace House in his last year. Throughout his twelve years at Bishop's Stortford College, he was involved in theatre and sport heavily, representing five school 1st teams. He studied german, media studies and english literature for his A-Levels and once finished at school went on to University of Leeds to study Broadcasting in 2006. Before that he took a year abroad in New Zealand working at Palmerston North Boys' High School.
Career
Beynon began his comedy career with a group called Marigold, which he founded with fellow comedian Richard Hanrahan. They have performed at twice at the Edinburgh Festival as a group. Beynon has performed five times all together.
Personal Life
Beynon lives in Leeds with fellow comedian Winston Smith. He is a keen welsh rugby fan and an avid supporter of the Ospreys.
In March 2010, Beynon is moving to Auckland, New Zealand, to work for TV3's sports production team.
