Humpty Dumpty Publishing is comprised of four literature-loving women. It provides a platform for the collaboration of writers and illustrators to create curious and unusual titles. High in quality and reasonable in price, the titles are printed by a renowned Italian company, which prints an extensive list of art book titles.
The company's founders have a strong background in illustration and animation.
Publications
The first title from Humpty Dumpty Publishing is to be launched in September 2012 at Daunt Books, Holland Park.
Topsy Turvy Tales is a hard-back, bespoke, collection of surreal tales for all ages by Charlotte Boulay-Goldsmith and illustrated by Laura Hyde. Topsy Turvy Tales creates alternative, abstract realities with profound messages on the nature of love and freedom.
Topsy Turvy Tales occupies a similarly strange, eerie and slightly disturbing world to that of Edward Gorey and Tim Burton. The book contains four small verse stories which centre on surreal adventures - Quest of The Head,The Girl With Liquid Eyes , Chester the Oyster and The Man With The Stolen Heart
