Human Macaws

Definition

A Human Macaw is up and coming nickname used to describe people who babble using no real words. This term is usually used when the babbler is babbling in a high- pitched or strange sounding voice. Sometimes even, the "human macaw" runs around much like a macaw flies.

Origin

The name seems to have originated in Philadelphia, or somewhere else in the Delaware Vally.
