Hovel t moon

Dr. Hovel T. Moon is a fictional character created by the writer David Barry in his article "How to Win Arguments, As It Were" which appeared in the Miami Herald. Barry cites Dr. Hovel T. Moon's study about the Peruvian economy which was released on May 9, 1982 for the Buford Commission.
