History of our village malcha

* 1857 - the real peoples who started the revolt of 1857and many of them were killed by the britishers and the people that are left lived their life in the strange palace in raisina hills now malcha marg in new delhi.
* 5th April 1894 - Our grate grate grand father dada ji gulab singh thakran shooted by british soldiers.
* 15 -11-1911 ~ When the capital of india changed from calcutta to delhi our land come under aquisition to make the new monuments of new capital but actually it is not under the law .This decision is taken by King George V.
* 21-11-1911 ~ Mw fenton cheif seceratoey of the goverment issued an order and informed the villagers that the land no longer belonged to themMany Villagers refused to give up their farm land and protested against british.
* 10-10-1912 ~ The goverment issued an order for the formal aquisition of that land. Then sensing the rebbilion , british decided to provide legal sanction of the entire land. Then farmers put up a demand of 2400 per acre for agricultural land and 1920 for infertile land.however , british just offered Rs.35 for agricultural land and Rs 15 for infertile land Then the land Aquisition Officer proceeded with passing the award without consulting any villagers.The panchayats gathered across Malcha , villagers protested and fought british. It was led by Amar Singh grand son of sh.gulab singh . In this protest 33 villagers pf Malcha were killed and their bodies were hanged across the village to scare peoples and they won't stand against britishers.
* 16-12-1912 ~ the collect or passed Awards No. 30,31,32,33 and 34 during december 1912 and declared permanent aquisition of whole of village malcha and abadis of Malcha and Tal katora .A list of villagers was prepared for compensation amount which they have been entitled to.11.99acres of abadi (where people live) Compensation for change of residence ~ villagers shuld be given 5 rupees to every family whereas there are 107 housed they have to give 525 rupees.Many people fled their lices only some are their to stand and collect compensation but people never eceived compensation but aquisition officer showed it deposited to divisional judge of Delhi. 1916-23 ~ The new city of delhi finally constructed but till then no arrangements ere made to rehabilate th villagers .The villagers themselves rehabilate themselves and lived a life of scaredand poverty in Sonepat district of Haruana know known as Malcha patti.
* 1947 ~ Even after Indian attained independence , no one cared pf Malcha .this land in now home of several ministers including the prime ministers , foreign and home minister and most embassied of foreign countries are situated here .1950-60 ~ Instead of rehabilating the villagers of Malcha , the goverment of India , illegally executed several lease in the favor of private persons. Malcha house was illegally leased toa private company 'M/s Malcha Properties Ltd ' .Another such property such as temple of malcha was illegally leased to ' Bharat Sadhu Samaj ' in the year of 1959 .Similarly the 'Malcha Mahal' was the ancestoral house of freedom fighters Gulab Singh has been illegally given to ' Begum Wilayat' , for wholly private interest and without following any procedure under law.
* 2000 ~ Later , Several ofbthese lease of land converted to free hold in favor of private person for political interest . In fact , Malcha house has now been declared to free hold and sold to private persons on 21-12-2000 who are having good political connections.
* 2005 ~ The Right to information act ,2005, brought the factum of existence of awards dated on 1912 , several important document come under knowledge by villagers.
* 2010-11 ~ In the meanwhile , few villagers were succesful in ibtaining certain certified copies of all releavent awards of 1912 pertaining to their land and certified copies of their ownershipas per revenur records along with the detail of their ancestory.
* 2011 ~ The villagers founds to their dismay that the goverment infactconcealed this fact from villagers and failed to give them alternate land .The award also have a right to residence which was in the favour of villagers till the goverment actually requires the land for public purposes.
* 2012 ~ The Malcha kalyan Samiti made several representaion before the union Goverment .Then we want our land back now we want to file a case in Supereme court of new delhi .We have all the evidence and proofs that prove our ownership of that land.
