Hetman Uneraser - is a shareware program that recovers deleted data, allowing the user to view a list of files that were deleted from a logical-disk drive,and save the recovered files in a user-specified folder. This program not only restores accidentally deleted files, but also files lost due to the formatting of data carriers, virus “attacks” and software failures. This utility supports FAT 12/16/32, and NTFS 1.0/1.2/3.0/3.1 file systems, andenables recovery of themain file formats - documents made by Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint (DOC, XLS, PPT, ONE, PDF, RTF), as well as digital images (CR2, CRW, JPEG, JPG, RAW, PSD, CDR, BMP) and video and audio files (AVI, DAT, MKV, MOV, MPG, VOB, WMV, M4P, MP3, WAV, WMA). The search for deleted files can also be run from a wizard, which can be customized by type and size of files. The wizard suggests to choose one saving method out of four (save to hard disk, burn to CD/DVD, create a virtual ISO image, save to the Internet via FTP server). The utility also provides a preview that can be used before the recovery of images and the files of the office programs.
