Born Heather Mae Lahey on June 13, 1990 in Johannesburg, South Africa is the adopted daughter of Jakob Dylan and Paige Dylan (now former actress, Nicole Paige Denny).
Heather was born in Johannesburg, South Africa to Richard Lahey a real estate broker and Corine Lahey, a manager of the Westcliff Hotel. In 1997 the Dylan's were granted sole custody of Heather . Her name was promptly and legally changed to Heather Amor Dylan in 1998. Heather's first language is Afrikaans, English is her second. She has four younger brothers: Levi, born in 1994, James in 1998, a third in 2000, and a fourth in 2007.Heather is the oldest child of Jakob and Paige Dylan. She currently resides at her family's home in Pennsylvania .
Heather writes and produces music in her home studio in Pennsylvania. Bob Dylan announced on his official site that he collaborated with Heather in making a song called "Home I Can Find". She has worked with the Canadian television show, Instant Star contributing her lyrics for multiple episodes.
