Harvey Nikolai Keith is an American film director, writer and screenwriter. He was born in Brooklyn, New York, the grandson of Jewish and Russian immigrants from the Russian Empire. Career Keith was the director of the feature films Mondo New York, Jezebel's Kiss and Stand-Ins. Keith is also an accomplished writer. Keith's first novel, The Eagle and the Sword was nominated for a Hugo award. His latest novel, The Tsar's Engraver was published in 2010. The book is being turned into a screenplay and optioned by Keith. Keith speaks English, French, Italian, Spanish and Russian. Keith is currently developing his feature film Crimeczars.
