Location Ham Palm Villas are located within Akright City in Wakiso District of the Central Region,Uganda, bordered Kampala-Entebbe Road to the far east, right next to Palm Valley Golf and Country Club along off the Entebbe-Kampala Expressway. The neighborhood is located about 21 kilometres (13 mi), northeast of the town of Entebbe, the nearest large town. This is approximately 20 kilometres (12 mi), southwest of Kampala, the capital and largest city in the country. Overview Ham Palm Villas is a Luxury residential community in Akright City off Entebbe Express Highway. It is privately owned and managed by Hamis Kiggundu under Ham Palm Villas Ltd a Subsidiary of Ham Group Of Companies, a Ugandan conglomerate and leading property development company in the country. Ham Palm Villas is the largest indigenous Luxury residential comunity in Uganda. History In 2010, Hamis Kiggundu founded his first company Ham Enterprises (U) Ltd, a real estate development and Management business. He borrowed money from Diamond Trust Bank and Started construction of Ham Towers and Shopping Mall in Makerere, Ham Electro Centre in Nakasero, Ham Shopping grounds in Nakivubo and Bya Allah Auto World at Social Centre all in the central business district of Kampala. In 2014, he Diversified into: Manufacturing and set up factories manufacturing beauty & skin care products, Laundry and House cleaning detergents with the trade names of Cash and Roxy products, View Bottled mineral water and Salaam juice(Soft Drinks), Education(Hana International School), General Merchandise (Queens Stores). In 2014 he spread to United States and established Ham International Ltd offering public transport in California State with Offices in Woodland Hills. In 2016,Ham incorporated Ham International UK Ltd in England and purchased Hamz building on 375 Moston Lane, Manchester city. In 2018 Ham formed Ham Group of Companies as a Conglomerate to control all his companies and business under single management thereby incorporating International Express Logistics in Dallas, Texas as his 2 logistics company in United States. Ham bought over 200 acres in Akright city, Incorporated Ham Palm Villas company in 2018 and Started setting up the 500 Luxury contemporary modern housing project with Villas, Homes and Apartments. The shares of stock of Ham Palm Villas are owned by Hamis Kiggundu Ham Palm Villas Ham Palm Villas was incorporated in Uganda in In 2019,as a Single Member Company at Uganda Registration Services Bureau Ham acquired 200 acres in land from Akright and Started setting up a one stop 500 contemporary modern housing project; a Club House, Swimming pools, Gym, Sauna and Steam bath, Saloons and Barber shops, Healthcare facilities like Clinic and Pharmacy, Supermarket, a Fully Fledged Sports Complex with 2 Basketball Courts, 2 Tennis courts, 2 Volleyball courts, Netball court, Football pitch, Fast running internet fiber, well organized 2 way road network with solar lighting system, and international school, With a central modern up-to date security system, the first and still the only one of its kind in the country to-date, Ham Palm Villas.
