Gwyddonism

Gwyddonism is a neo-pagan religion that was created by Robert K. Elkins (August 21, 1935 - October 15, 2004) of Kentucky. Robert went under the code name 'Merlinos', and then later 'NewFox', and then later 'Fox Dancing'. Robert Elkins sought to create a religion that was centered around the doctrine of 'oneness' and 'merging with the all'. Robert was also very interested in Wicca and old Welsh culture, and he incorporated many elements of those into the religion. To that end, he authored a book called The Book of the Art and Craft, which contains the doctrines of the religion.
Gwyddonist groups call themselves 'colleges'. There are various gwyddonic colleges in the United States, mostly in Kentucky and northern California.
