The Griffith University Law School is an Australian law school situated primarily in Brisbane (Nathan) and Gold Coast, Queensland. The school was founded in 1992. Its key aims include engagement with the broader community, maintaining a culture of social justice, and conducting research that draws on interdisciplinary and socio-legal methods. The school has five-year undergraduate degrees in law, three-year postgraduate degrees, and a Practical Legal Training (PLT) course.

Courses and programs
The Griffith University Law School provides an interdisciplinary legal education. Undergraduate combined degree programs are taught from the Nathan and Gold Coast campuses, while postgraduate and professional programs are taught from the Legal Practice Centre located at the South Bank campus near the Brisbane city centre.

The law school has a diverse range of clinical opportunities. Ballot-entry electives include the Griffith University Innocence Project and Semester-In-Practice. The aim is to ensure that students can graduate with practical legal skills and real-world work experience.

Professor Paula Baron is currently the Dean of the Law School . Previous Deans are Rob McQueen, Justin Malbon, Rosemary Hunter, John Dewar, Sandra Berns, Stephen Parker, and Charles Sampford.

Griffith University Law Society
The Griffith University Law Society (GULS) is a group of law students that organises social events, competitions, career events, mentorship programs and informative publications for law students at Griffith University. The social events include balls and pub outings. The competitions usually consist of moots, witness examinations, client interviewing and negotiations, to develop the skills of students before they enter practice.

Griffith University Student Law Association
The Griffith University Student Law Association (SLA) performs similar functions on the Gold Coast campus, to support students at that location. The SLA aims to develop students' practical legal skills. Some events are more social in nature. The SLA also networks with the legal community on the Gold Coast
