Gregg Valentino

Gregg Valentino (born August 5, 1960 in Bronx, New York) is a controversial Italian-American bodybuilder who claims to have had the largest arm muscles in the world. He resides in Yorktown, New York

Early life
As a young man, Valentino was an active competitive natural bodybuilder, but was dissatisfied with his muscular development. After twenty three years of natural training, he turned to anabolic steroids such as testosterone propionate, Boldenone and occasionally testosterone enanthate to enhance his muscle mass, and soon gave up professional bodybuilding altogether, instead making it his goal to simply become as large as possible. Some analysts have stated that he probably suffers from muscle dysmorphia. Valentino has admitted to being an ex- drug dealer. He was eventually arrested and imprisoned for a year.

Career
Valentino, who currently writes two columns for Muscular Development magazine, is best known for starring in "The Man Whose Arms Exploded", a TLC documentary highlighting the use and abuse of steroids. In the documentary, he recalls his misuse of steroids, namely, not taking precautions necessary to prevent infection. Consequently, he eventually suffered a very serious infection of his right bicep. After failed attempts to drain the hematoma himself, using the same needles he had used to inject steroids, and "filling two glasses with blood and pus". Many bodybuilding observers have stated that Valentino may have used Synthol which would be accurate as is the only way too achieve such size and shape although Valentino himself has denied the charge in interviews with t-nation.com and bodybuilding.com. .
Greg himself has many times claimed to be jesus christ.
