GreatDad.com is a parenting website that has been online since 2006. The site, unique at the time it was launched, is tailored to the male perspective on parenting. GreatDad offers a leading source of experience, recommendations, inspiration and advice for dads.
GreatDad was founded by Paul Banas, who is also the CEO of the website. GreatDad visitors can sign up for the only weekly pregnancy newsletter written for dads, that tracks the development of a baby right from early pregnancy through two years. This newsletter has the Mr.Dad Seal of Approval too.
GreatDad offers many website categories unique to fathers.This includes a “Gadget of the day” category and a “by dads for dads” area, dealing with children's products created by fathers.In addition, the site has a well-established forum, and regular polls. A daily news feature, syndicated Google News and other sites, features “Dad News” including movie reviews, latest research, budgeting tips, and news on celebrity dads.
