Global Mix Global Mix is a three-hour long, pioneering music radio program that originates from KNTU, 88.1 FM, a non-commercial station licensed to the University of North Texas, Denton, Texas. The program began in 1990. Hosted by Goran Satler on Saturday nights, Global Mix covers an unusually wide spectrum of musical genres, including all sub-genres of jazz, blues, pop/rock, folk, world, and classical music as well as fusions of these styles. The program's listening area encompasses the Dallas - Ft. Worth Metroplex. The show's audience includes, but is not limited to, the current and former music students, and music professionals.
