Girish Tanti (February 1970) is an Indian businessman and the younger brother of Tulsi Tanti. He is the co-founder of Suzlon Energy, renewable energy company in India, and third largest turbine-maker worldwide. Early life and education Tanti did his graduation in Electronics & Communication Engineering and completed his MBA from UK. Career Tanti holds the positions of vice-chair of the Global Wind Energy Council since April 2024 and also Executive Vice Chairman of Suzlon Energy since 2022.<ref name=":1" /> He was chosen during the annual border meeting in Abu Dhabi along with his brother Vinod R.
