Corporate turnaround
* In CNH redefinition and restructuration of the supply chain and the commercial organization of the new multi-brand multinational giant, resulting in the merger of Case Corporation and New Holland Inc. resulted in about US $600 million of efficiencies during the four-year plan, exceeding the initial target of 540 million.
* At the Biesse Group Barra initiated a programme of reorganization and production processes, reversing a very negative cash position to one of profitability. In 2010 the turnover rose by 22% and EBITDA by + 286%.
* Nidec ASI returned to profit and resumed growth after a period of negative economic performance: the second half of 2013 and 2014 mark the significant turnaround of the company, both commercial and financial.
