Gertrude Marie Dimaculangan

Gertrude Marie Dimaculangan is a 17-year old Filipino student from Makati city that has been missing since 2004. Up to this day local police has not found the body and the case was not brought to national court because the disappearance was ruled out to be an act of rebellion and running away from home.
Her family believes that she is still alive somewhere.
Case
According to the local police report, Gertrude Marie Dimaculangan was last seen outside Asia Pacific College in Makati City at January 25, 2004, 5:30 PM EST. What baffles the authorities is that no witnesses or any surveillance system has found her around the premises or even leaving the area which leads to the first theory that she was kidnapped and is in the school. However she was never found and no more leads have been discovered. No ransom notes, suicide evidence and suspect motives have been found therefore leading to the conclusion that she ran away from home. A year later the case was deemed closed and ruled out to be running away from home. Due to lack of evidence, the case was never brought up to national court and Gertrude's family refused to bring it up to the court because they still believe that she has indeed ran away and is still alive somewhere.
