Georg Johann Fritschel (1867-1941), also known as George J. Fritschel, was a German-American Lutheran theologian who taught in Dubuque, Iowa. He was a professor at Wartburg Seminary. He is to be distinguished from his father Gottfried Fritschel, also an Iowa-German Lutheran Professor who published in the Zeitschrift für die gesammte lutherische Theologie und Kirche in the 1860s.
