George Angelini

George Angelini is an American painter and illustrator, from Westchester County, New York.
George graduated from the Cooper Union, and since, his work has appeared in countless printed media including: Reader’s Digest, Cosmopolitan, Good Housekeeping, Automobile Magazine, and Golf Digest, and his work has appeared on the book covers of Random House, Doubleday, HarperCollins, Bantam, and Warner, among others. He has illustrated many Christian works, children's novel The Oak inside the Acorn, covers for Isaac Asimov's Science Fiction Magazine, The StarCat Cluster, and other, non-fiction books.
George is also an oil painter: his painting depicting George W. Bush, at home in Crawford, Texas, was exhibited by the Blackhawk Museum, in exhibition The Fine Art of Being President. He has also been exhibited by Corse Gallery & Atelier, in Jacksonville, Florida. Other portraits have been acquired by Mike Nichols, and Malcolm Forbes.
His has received awards from the Society of Illustrators, the New York Art Directors Club, and the Classic Car Club of America.
