Genetic poverty is an expression of human health resulting from mnay different factors. For example, genetic modified botany resulting in the DNA of different plant species being adjusted for a desired economic product, mono-breeding of homo sapiens, mass human procreation causes advances in science of a volatile un-accountable nature. Unsustainable human capital model, reduced productivitiy per unit of human capital, resulting in a decrease in productivity as a collective. Increased resource expenditure yet reduced productivity from the resource invested resulting in expenditure of resources for little or no economic product.
