Genetic poverty

Genetic poverty is an expression of human health resulting from mnay different factors. For example, genetic modified botany resulting in the DNA of different plant species being adjusted for a desired economic product, mono-breeding of homo sapiens, mass human procreation causes advances in science of a volatile un-accountable nature.
Unsustainable human capital model, reduced productivitiy per unit of human capital, resulting in a decrease in productivity as a collective. Increased resource expenditure yet reduced productivity from the resource invested resulting in expenditure of resources for little or no economic product.
