History
Genesis Productions was founded by a 14 year old girl named Emma Baxter from the English town Barnsley. In the Christmas of 2000, Baxter received a small toy stuffed dog which she named Jake that inspired her to write a series of books called Superpup, in which Jake absorbs super powers and fights to save the universe and beyond. Baxter is a huge Doctor Who fan and recently added herself to the Superpup series as herself, the "Dogtor Who"-obsessed beagle.
Dogtor Who
Sometimes Baxter will re-create scenes from Doctor Who, replacing humans with dogs. Baxter claims to work very hard on creating these cartoons, is praised often and has recently gotten over 100 Youtube subscribers.
Superpup
Jake, the main character absorbed superpowers in the first episode of Superpup. The character can fly and has laser vision, amongst other powers. He also has a "soul mate" named Amy. Other characters include Luke and Emma. The final episode of Series 5 featured many people towards the end of it, including Sebastian Bird, Hannah Walmsley, Jon McGovern, Hannah Wollaston and Charlie Murray. This is considered a very large cast, especially as Baxter draws them all on paint with a mouse.
