Gayle Laakmann McDowell is an American consultant and bestselling author. Early life She completed her BS degree in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania in 2005. She completed her MS degree from the same institution. She completed her MBA from the Wharton School of Business in 2011, where she specialized in entrepreneurship. At the age of 18, she was the youngest intern at Microsoft. Books She is the author of two bestselling books, both of which have well received by critics.
