Gary Dean Helms Jr
Gary Dean Helms Jr (born 1987): Resident of Albertville, Alabama, who, in 2006, gained international notariety when he was charged by police with raping his mother. On October 21, 2006 news reports stated that Helms raped his mother while she was intoxicated and asleep on a couch in her mobile home. The rape occured following a heated argument that Helms had with his brother over a girlfriend. The assault occured as a retaliation against his brother(1). Helm's mother reportedly forgave him for the rape and stated that she did blame her son. She stated that if he had not been high on several drugs, he would have not have committed the rape. She also claimed that her son told others that he was sorry and that he still loved his mother(2).

	Im actually comminting on garys behalf i am his girlfriend of two years im sorry to say it but i believe he is inacent and the saying is always inacent untill proven guilty well it has been over four years now and there is still no evidence and he is still locked up the worst thing about it all is i am nine months pregnet with his son who we are naming nowah i really believe gary deserves to be out with me and his son. And if they would look farther into the case maybe it wasnt just his fault but his mothers to from what all the papers say it was said that this wasnt the first time so who is to say that his mother is fully inacent and why isnt there any evidence theses are my question and fillings so if you would like more info you can e-mail me or call me at 931-556-2025 thank you.
