Game builders academy

Game Builders Academy (GBA) is a private educational services and products company specializing in providing supplemental educational programs to public and private schools, college-based youth programs, and academic camps that provide academic learning for students in grades Kindergarten through 12th grade. The company does contract teaching, using its own instructors, and it publishes a Curriculum-In-A-Box™ line of products, which are complete course outlines and course guides for teachers to use to teach GBA courses on their own.
GBA courses are designed to get young students excited about math, science, and technology through teaching video game development, robotics, and other courses. Students apply and practice what they're learning in school through the work they do in building their video games and other projects.
In GBA courses, students use and strengthen math skills, logic skills, communication skills, concentration and critical thinking skills, problem solving and creative thinking -- all while doing something they love and enjoy.
Current GBA course offerings include Video Game Design and Development, Video Game Programming, 3D Computer Modeling and Animation, Robotics, Rocket Science, and Creating Digital Music and Sound.
GBA services and products are designed to help motivate, engage and excite students, with Starburst™ Programs for grades K-4, and traditional programs for grades 5-12. GBA courses are part of the regular daytime curriculum, after-school activities, and summer camp programs.
The GBA curricula are fully aligned with national (NCTM, NSTA, ISTE) and state K-12 curriculum standards.
