Galilean Electrodynamics

Galilean Electrodynamics is a periodical devoted to criticism of relativity theory, quantum mechanics, and other mainstays of modern physics. Founded by Petr Beckmann in 1989 (an electrical engineer), Galilean Electrodynamics publishes six issues per year plus two special issues. According to its website...
:Galilean Electrodynamics is devoted to publishing high quality scientific papers, refereed by professional scientists, that are critical of special relativity, general relativity, quantum mechanics, big bang theory and other establishment doctrines.

Although the above quotation gives the impression that Galilean Electrodynamic is a refereed scientific journal, two of the three current members of the editorial board have no identified academic affiliations. Also, this publication is not indexed by the standard archive servers nor is it cataloged as a scientific journal at research institutions. The journal is known for publishing works that were not accepted by mainstream journals.
