Here is a discription of what happens in the series of Bad Girls: Extra Time.

Series 01

Pat is worried that Natalie Buxton's body will be found when Sylvia sends a plumber down the drains of Larkhall, and a 69 old inmate May Williams arrives at Larkhall and soon makes friend with Bev, which leaves Phyl feeling left out, and the 2 Julies help Pat escape when police investergate the findings of Natalie's body, and Janine turns to drugs when she finds she can't cope being a mother which leads to her relationship with Donny in tatters, and new PO Bella Hills arrives at Larkhall and the women are saddend to learn that Julie J has got a brain tumor and is going to die and new PO Kev Maxwell starts work on G-Wing and Donny bids farewell to Larkhall, and Syliva is spitting chips when she's demoted by Lou Stokes return and a new inmate arrives Janet Baker and plans to break out of Larkhall, but when Janine gets involved oh'll hell breaks loose and several people are left fighting for their lifes when a bomb deternates.

The inmates and staff try to come to terms following the recent events and Julie S is mourning the loss Julie J, and Phyl starts to feel left out when Bev gets May transferred to their cell, and Sylvia has a shocking phone call from Blackbird Prison and visits Di Barker who's about to be placed on trial for Jim Fenner's murder, and Darlene is returned to G-Wing where she plans to fix Catherine Earlham, and new inmate Sonia Baker arrives on G-Wing and soon starts to change things, and the women are happy with the return of Pat Kerrigan, but Bella is fare from happy and soon plots dirty jobs for her, and Shell Dockely makes a return visit as she's transferred back to Larkhall and Lou becomes sweet on Kev and go out to lunch with him but soon regeats it when he rapes her, and Tina starts to have problems with her parents and Janine finds herself in hot-water when she's caught with drugs and Julie S bids farewell to Larkhall as she's released into her son David's custody, and Lou & Polly fight for their lifes as they both become victims of Kev's evil ways and 2 inmates arrive at Larkhall for protective custody while the women throw a Christmas panto but the party is crashed when terrorists break into the prison to kill the protective inmates.

The women are trying to come to terms following the Christmas siege, and old timer, Kris Yates returns to Larkhall where she becomes good friends with Pat, and Shell & Sonia continue to cause trouble on the wing and Tina agrees to give her parents another chance but when they fail to turn up, Tina has other idears, and Darlene becomes friends with D-Wing inmate Jill Clark who's arnty is Catherine Earlham, and Pat has a fight with Shell when a full scale riot breaks out, but the riot gets too out of hand when inmates light fires. and Tina has news about her father and trys to get tagging to be with her mother, but forgetting she still has the bank robbery charge, and Corrie Crossover, Tracey Barlow arrives at Larkhall to find herself in trouble when she's set-up to a bashing, later she's transferred to another prison when her life is threatend, and Pat is worried when a new inmate arrives on G-Wing turning out to be Natalie Buxton's sister, and Darlene finds all the proof she needs to fix Catherine and is released, but its just the start for Catherine who's returned to Larkhall, and Pat, Sonia and Leanne plan to fix Pat, but their plan soon backfires when Sonia is killed, and Pat is overjoyed when Sheena Williams returns to Larkhall but this is all Leanne needs to have her revenge on Pat, and Catherine finds herself in trouble when someone pulls a bag over her head leading to her death, and Phyl & Bev have a fright of their lifes when they discover Sonia's body and Pat trys to come to Sheena's rescue when Leanne kidnaps her and puts her in the laundry dryer, the series ends when a fight between the two about to break out in The Drains of Larkhall.

Pat fights Leanne whilst Sheena fights for her life in the laundry dryer, Shell meanwhile continues to cause trouble and Bev is worried that Phyl may have murdered Catherine, but when the real killer turns out to be Jill Clark, can Bev save Phyl from confession, and Kris comes to Pat's rescue during her fight with Leanne, and Pat is heartbroken when she learns that Sheena is dead, new PO Jean Ferguson starts work on G-Wing and turns out to be a women version of Jim Fenner, and Joy gets on the wrongside of Jean which leads to a fatel car accident, Lou announces Joy's death and police start to investergate, Bev trys her best to clear Phyl but finds she's been sent to a mental hospital, and Pat finds she has to get rid of Jean and plans to take action, Sylvia starts to plan her future away from Larkhall, and Mandy starts to become sweet on Bella who feels the same way, and Kath is worried when she finds that there is a camera filming the staff carpark, but is more worried when she finds the tape is missing, and Lou agrees for the women to put on a special sport event in charity for missing girl Madalyne Mckan, and Kath holds Sylvia hostage when Pat hands the missing tape over to the police, and horror strikes G-Wing when Leanne is found dead in her cell and the women celebrate their earnings from the sport event and Sylvia wins the lottery and bids farewell to Larkhall.

The women throw a surprise birthday party for Pat's 40th, and Bev is shocked with the return of Jill Clark who's after her blood for dobbing her into the police about Catherine's murder, and Tina starts to feel the strain, and disaster strikes for Bev when Pat's birthday cake is poisoned by Jill, and new inmate Polly Groom arrives at Larkhall and soon makes friends and enemys for herself, and new PO Kath Fields arrives on G-Wing where she soon shows her true colors when she's attacked by Jill. and Everyone are surprised by Helen Swart's return to Larkhall as the new wing governor, and Kris asks Pat's hand in marriage which she later agrees and Polly is left fighting for her life when a full scale riot breaks out and Bev comes to Tina's rescue which leads to a shocking discovery, and Jill continues her threats to Bev, and the wedding day is all most here as the women plan the day, and Sylvia returns to Larkhall begging for her job back, and Jill & Polly smuggle in a gun which they intend to use it on Kath, and Pat marrys Kris but their wedding party is soon crashed when Jill storms the wing with her pistol which leads to three gunshots being fired.

Series 06

Jill is transferred and Polly is down the block following the shoot-out, and Pat is surprised with the return of Arun Parmar who's transferred back from the mens prison, and the staff also are happy when Colin Hedges makes a return, and Kath is recovering in hospital following the shoot-out and Arun has her own problems when a new inmate turns up on G-Wing turning out to be her ex-wife, and Helen has problems with Nikki and is worried when she finds that Nikki has been kidnapped, and Polly returns to G-Wing to find everyone after her blood, and Helen is scrared for Nikki's safety when the ransom money is taken by thr wrong person, and new PO Tony Baker arrives on G-Wing and department inspector James Maxwell arrives at Larkhall to find the place in a shambles, could Lou lose her job?, and Helen is releaved by Nikki's safety but soon finds out the real plan that she set up the kidnapping all along, and Lou fights for her life when she's taken hostage by Polly who drags her away from Larkhall, and Bev is happy when Phyl returns to Larkhall and James finds himself in charge into further notice and Sylvia has problems with her grandson which later turns nasty, and Lou is horrified to learn that Tony is Polly's brother, and trys to warn Helen who finds herself being taken hostage by Tony, and Pat plans to fix Kath who returns to continue her reign of terror on the women, but the plan backfires when a rapid fire breaks out trapping several people inside the prison.

Firefighters tackle the blaze at Larkhall, as Pat, Kath, Kris, Arun & Sally try to find their way out of the inferno, the inmates are transferred to Blackbird Prison, and Bev feels guilty after learning of Tina's death, and Sylvia has a shock when she bumps into Di Barker who has been placed in the protective wing, and Pat is returned to the women where she has a run-in with Blackbird's Top Dog Roo Morgan, who is in the pocket of the governor Eddie Burns, and Colin finds himself in hot-water when Fay turns to the police about her attempted escape, which leads to his suspention, which turns Mandy into a detective to make sure Fay confess, and Roo starts a riot which leads to an officer's death, and Phyl trys her best to help Bev come to terms with Tina's death, and Pat finds herself in trouble when she's charged with arson & murder, and the women are returned to Larkhall where Lou finds Helen will not be returning, which she gives the wing governors job to Colin, who thanks Mandy for making Fay confess the truth, and Phyl & Bev have a special memorial in memory of Tina, and Pat turns to Kris for help to escape, and the welcome back party is soon crashed when Kath returns to duty who's after Pat's blood, and Becki lets slip about the fire which leads to Pat's charges to be dropped, and new PO Michael Sapp arrives on G-Wing who takes a shine to Kath, but his mind is soon changed when she sets him up after an inmate overdoeses, and Kris agrees to help Pat escape as only if she can go with her, and Phyl & Bev plan to make another lot of booze in the laundry, and Colin takes a shine to Mandy but does he know her sexuality, and new inmate Shirly Baker arrives at Larkhall but will she tell everyone the real reason why she's inside?, and Kath cottons on about Pat's escape which leads to a life & death situation for Pat, Kris & Pat, when a helicopter arrives at Larkhall.

Pat & Kris are charged with attempted escape, and Kath is awarded for her actions, and Phyl & Bev's booze scam almost comes out of the bag when it floods the laundry, and 2 new sister inmates Kerry & Barbie Milson arrive on G-Wing where they soon cause trouble for both staff & inmates, and Lou has problems when she finds she can't get in contact with Vicki, and Colin soon takes his wing governorship to fare which may causes him to lose respect from everyone.
