From Above (group)

From Above was a British pop girl group, formed in 2008, consisting of Monique Robert, Ashley Shaw, Daisy Evans, Chelsey Reynolds, and Deborah Oluwaseyi Joshua. They participated in the ninth season of The X Factor bootcamp in 2012.
Career
The group broke into mainstream in 2011, following the release of their first studio album, Breaking From Above, exclusively produced by Mathew Knowles with lead single "Not The Same Girl". Above was managed by Mathew Knowles, under Music World Entertainment. In 2009, they opened for Beyoncé at I Am... World Tour in United Kingdom. They starred in a six-episode reality series, Breaking From Above by Mathew Knowles, starting Mathew Knowles, Daisy Evans, Deborah Oluwaseyi Joshua, Brandy Shanice, Rozelle Jones, Chelsey Reynolds, Monique Roberts, Ashley Shaw, and Jasmine Jae on MTV in 2011.
On 6 November 2011, the group presented the Best New Act award to Bruno Mars at the 2011 MTV Europe Music Awards.
