FreedomKnot is a knot designed for the purpose of tying shoelaces with these two goals in mind, 1. laces that stay tied, 2. a dependable knot that will come untied readily when so intended. Also known as a bow or bunny ears. This knot is more resistant to coming untied than the standard shoelace knot. FreedomKnot FreedomKnot is a shoelace tying method with more than 70 years of Milton L. Lazear, Jr. family field proof. This knot simply does not come untied, no matter the vibration or travels suffered. Doubling the beauty of the knot, FreedomKnot does come untied when you pull on both shoelace ends. The tighter you pull on the bunny ears, the tighter the two 'nips' become. This is the first secret of the effectiveness of FreedomKnot. The second secret is FreedomKnot is a modified surgeon's knot, which intentionally does not come untied.
