Fredric Lean is a new independent French filmmaker who resides in the US.
He was born and raised in France from French-Italian parents, he grew up with a family of musicians and music producers.
He made a record at a very young age with Max Berlin entitled "Dream Disco". Max Berlin (aka: Jean Pierre Cerrone) brother of European disco/pop icon: Cerrone. In 2002, he created and produced his first website which was based and inspired by the best-selling humanitarian comic strip hero called "Docteur Justice" (“Dr. Justice”). Dr. Justice’s website received several prestigious awards from internet professionals, such as: -The GOLDEN WEB AWARD 2003-04. This prestigious award was given by The International Association of Web Masters and designers of 145 countries to sites whose web design, originality and content have achieved levels of excellence and are deserving of recognition -The "SILVER AWARD" 2003 by ARTSY AWARD

The website enjoyed also the moral support from some non-governmental humanitarian organizations throughout the world. In parallel, he was in talks for developing the motion picture and a television series with the Canadian Media company, Cinegroupe, and different European and US partners. (M6 broadcasting, Sinclair Broadcasting).
In 2004, he created a comic book character series published by Semic publication "The Last Howl!"
In 2006,he made his directorial debut, as writer,director, producer with a 27 minutes drama entitled "Fragile" (2006), starring television celebrity actress, Sheree J. Wilson. Fragile was part of the Official Selection of the "Short Film Corner" at the Cannes Film Festival 2006. The film was also starring Alexi Yulish (David Lynch "Inland Empire"), Brett Kolste-Miller (Popular NFL player). Music composed by award winning film composer; Cyril Morin. Cinematography was performed by award winning cinematographer and Sundance Alumni; Jim Matlosz.
Synopsis: A desperate house wife is torn between the attention from a photographer who makes her a rather strange offer and her husband who doesn't realize his wife is drifting away.
He has several projects are in development under the unmbrella of Filmedia Entertainment.
