Reception The website has 30,000 frequent users for a total of 470,000 monthly views. The product is distributed through other online manga readers such as MangaToshokan, reaching around 400,000 single readers. The production is free to be published by anyone as long as it satisfies the no modification and no commercialization rules, in order to keep the rights of the mangaka on his work. History The creation of the team started within the MMORPG FlyForFun on September 2 2006 as a guild, that within a year became a standalone community of people coming from the game itself, regardless of belonging to the guild or not. On August 5 2008, the team started being converted into a website-only group and gaming was deprecated on September 2, the second anniversary, to fully embrace the Japanese culture related website motive. After one year, a total of 206 translations, including manga, songs, and news have been released. Manga team The fan scanlation crew was officially created on August 9 2008 with old members of the inner community and new entries from the scanlation community. For the 2008/2009 time period, the release rate of the group has been approximately one release every two days. Most of the public considers the quality of the releases as "high quality" and in all the cases, at least as "medium quality". . Major interest is posed into Google Wave, being it a turn point for the collaboration tools that online crews use. The website itself is a collaboration system, composed by browser FTP, IRC, a Wiki, image previewing and analyzing systems, and a publishing front end in order to make any visitor able to browse the completed releases.
