Established in 1985, they are catering to the needs of numerous process plants and diversified industries with high quality supply of different types and sizes of valves since more than two decades. Flochek Butterfly valves are of flanged type with offset (eccentric) disc design. Bodies are made of cast iron (FG-200)and cast carbon steel (216-WCB). Finely machined body is fitted with perfectly lapped disc. Body seat ring and disc retainer ring are made of AISI-304 SS and they have O-ring of nitrile rubber for 100% tight shut-off. Two-piece stem is of 13% ch SS. Quarter turn on-off is by worm gear and power actuators. Ends are flanged to IS, ANSI, BS or PN Standards. Flanged butterfly valves are made as per IS: 13095, AWWA C-504, BS-5155, and API-609. Hydraulic tests for body are carried out at 15 kgf/cm² (1.5 MPa) and 10 kgf/cm² (1 MPa) for seat. These butterfly valves are with advanced features, economical and have perfect flow control. They are ideally suited for use in thermal power, water works, cement and steel industries, collieries, refineries and other process industries. They are available in sizes ranging from 250 mm to 1800 am NB.

Flochek Industries offers cast carbon steel Gate valve in Class 150 and 300 to ASTM A 216 Gr WCB. Sizes range from 25 mm to 400 mm with a choice of materials for stem and working parts to suit service conditions. Accurate machining of wedge grooves and stem and full bore allow unobtrusive flow path along with easy movement. Extra deep stuffing box ensures fluid tightness and longer packing life. Backseating arrangement facilitates easy replacement of gland packing under pressure. They are of solid wedge, single disc and conform to API 600/BS-1414/API 6D and tested as per standards. Gate valves are also available in cast iron (BS-5150) and SS materials.

All products are thoroughly tested and critically inspected for quality at every stage of manufacturing. This is primarily to ensure high level of performance once they are put into use in the required conditions and to maintain customer satisfaction. Valves are backed with all relevant Test Certificates & our Performance Guarantee Certificate along with each supply. Guarantee for satisfactory performance for 12 months from the date of commissioning or 18 months from the date of supply whichever is earlier.
