Flerg (or FLIRG) is a slang term for the state of a man's penis when it is not erect, popularized on the September 13, 2008 season premiere of Saturday Night Live in which Tina Fey as Sarah Palin says "Don't refer to me as a MILF" and Amy Poehler as Hillary Rodham Clinton says "Don't refer to me as a flerg. I Googled what it stands for, and I don't like it." According to Urban Dictionary, the term is usually used in reference to a woman who has caused a man's penis to become flaccid, for example: "Dude, that ugly chick turned my wood into a flerg."
Some online blogs and websites believe that this slang term is not flerg, but FLIRG, to compliment the acronym of MILF. "First Lady Is Really Gay" or "First Lady Is Really a Guy" have been suggested as the most popular explanations for this acronym, however, it is only speculation and highly unlikely.
