We truly respect your decision, Please rate and comment on these article, Happy Reading Cloud and Lightning A pair that was intrigued by many, this pair was created by players of "FINAL FANTASY". This pair consist of "Cloud" of Final Fantasy VII and Lightning of Final Fantasy XIII. This pairing came into popularity through out the world many has been creating art sketches, fan fictions, fan made comics (doushinji) and also edited photos cropping Cloud and Lightning in one picture trough out the internet many have also created fan clubs of this particular pairing and were called the "star-crossed lovers" or "the weather pairs" This pairing came in to popularity after the creation of Lightning. Many thought that Lightning was perfect for Cloud, after a few days the pairing then went on to one of the top pairings to everybody along side CloTi, CloRith and ClaCk. Cloud Strife Cloud the Main Protagonist of Final Fantasy VII who has been cursed ( not literary cursed ) with so many deaths that is so close to him because of the main Antagonist Sephiroth. By this incidents caused him to obtain numerous burdens among his shoulders which turned him into a Lone wolf. A character of Dissidia, who was originally summoned by Chaos during the Twelfth cycle of the war but in the later parts of the story he has turned up against Chaos the God of Discord. == Claire "Lightning" Farron == Lightning the main protagonist in Final Fantasy XIII and the guardian of the goddess Etro in Final Fantasy XIII-2 where her sister makes the shine on the game. There were incidents that involved Lightning's parents to be killed for some unknown reasons causing her to be mature at a young age to take care of her sister Serah. Unfortunately Although this pairing is very popular many haters came to be due to those who loved the pairing CloTi (CloudxTifa), CloRith (CloudxAerith), the yaoi pairing ClAck (CloudxZack), LighTis (LightningxNoctis) and HopIng (HopexLightning) due to these haters "The War" was made causing the fans of the pairing to have arguments with the other fans of another paring Another unfortunate event is in Final Fantasy Dissidia Cloud and Lightning never met due to the fight with the manikins luckily most fans didn't really care Finally the character designer has claimed that "Lightning is the female version on Cloud" and yet again the fans didn't care The Pair Cloud and Lightning were the best pair but the weakest in member that join. But this pairing were top ranked along the pairings "LiTis" ( Lightning and Noctis ) or the CloRith ( Cloud and Aerith) and many more. Fun Facts . The pair is called the weather pairing . . Lightning was so much alike with Cloud that she was taught to be the female version of Cloud. . Many Fan fictions and Doushinji were made from this pair . The ring that Cloud gave to Tifa was not a wedding ring but was just a friendship ring. . Cloud has no crush on Tifa. ( Cloud having a crush on Tifa was just a Fan fiction )
