Field Major Styre of simply, Styre is a Sontaran who appeared in the Fourth Doctor serial The Sontaran Experiment. He was portrayed by Kevin Lindsay who had also played two other Sontarans in the series, Linx in The Time Warrior and The Marshal who also appearded briefly in The Sontaran Experiment.
Styre was killed when The Doctor challenged him to a duel. Harry took the energy stabiliser from Styre's ship which then sucked all the energy out of Styre when he returned to reenergise.
