Fernando Macolor Cruz is a tribal datu of the Tagbanwa people, a tribe of Coron Island Ancestral Domain believed by anthropologists to be among the original inhabitants of the Philippines. HH Prince Fernando Macolor Cruz belongs to the , a political family of elite Cuyunon people origin in the Philippines. Early Education The prince acquired his elementary education at Claudio Sandoval Elementary School where he graduated with honors and was an alumni of the Catholic-run Saint Augustine Academy where he took his Secondary Education. Higher Education A devoted educator himself, Prince Pinadu as he is locally known, teaches full time Communication and Social Science courses at the Palawan State University in the Philippines where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree major in Political Science. He earned his Master of Development Communication degree from the University of the Philippines. The prince is recipient of two Honoris Causa doctorates - one in International Affairs from the Studiorum Universitas Ruggero II in Italy and another in Economic Science from the University of Bouake in Ivory Coast. He is still enrolled at the University of the Philippines working on his professional Doctor of Communication degree. Advocacy Aside from being the general delegate from the Philippines to the prestigious Accademia Normanna in Rome, the prince is at the same time the founder and president of the International Stateless Persons Organization, an international Non-Government Organisation which provide institutional representation and assistance through a network of law practitioners and human rights advocates to anyone who do not possess citizenship throughout the world. Royal Order The prince is the Sovereign Grandmaster of the Royal Order of the Calamian Sun.
