Falwell R. Manzano

Falwell R. Manzano graduated from college in March 2012 with a Marine Engineering Degree. Thinking that he could utilize his skills, Falwell tried his luck in Manila but to no avail, a seafaring career proved to shy away from him. After realizing that life in the city is expensive, he tried to get his hands on any job that he can from being a fastfood crew and to being a call center agent but he failed to secure a job.
Being a high-spirited person he is, Falwell tried to apply as a crew in a water station somewhere in Poblacion Makati, which brought him P300 salary a day.
After a few months, Falwell managed to secure a job in Century Properties as a real estate agent, not flinching even after two exam failures in real estate as agent.
Falwell was then sent to Singapore to represent the company but after trying his best, he fell short of his quota, achieving as much as P19 million for 12 months.
After his stint in Century, Falwell decided to venture in car sales as he joined Kia Cars Cabanatuan City while pursuing a career in life insurance as a referral partner and agent in Sunlife Financial
Sometime in November 2013, Falwell received a call from Avida Land Corp/AyalaLand Corp inviting him to join their international sales team, which Falwell willingly obliged.
AyalaLand sent him to Japan and Singapore. Falwell produced a massive P50 million in sales in 12 months, before ending his contract.
In June 2014, Falwell received a call from CDC Holdings, inviting him to become one of their International Sales Manager. CDC sent him similarly to Japan and Singapore to help and market their properties. He ended his contract on July 2015.
In August 2015, SM Development Corporation offered a sales position to Falwell, to which he agreed and still manages to work on until today.
For the 2015 to 2016 period, Falwell has already produced P350 million worth of sales. For 2017 to 2018, he produced a whooping P1.5 billion, similar to his year-to-date (Jan - Aug 2019
Recently, Falwell launched his very own business, FRM Marketing Group, which he aims to enlist with the Philippine Stock Exchange. FRM Marketing Group already produce a 1.5B Sales in SMDC from January - August 2019 and counting.
From Along with his job in real estate sales, Falwell also ventures in both foreign exchange and stock exchange as a trader.
Early Life & History
Falwell R. Manzano was born in Cabanatuan City Nueva Ecija Philippines. His father was Bishop Rev. Roland Manzano, a Born Again Christian Minister and founder of Jesus Precious Blood Church. Falwell’s mother is a retired elementary school teacher. Falwell graduated in Buasao Elementary School in one of the poorest Barangay in Northern Luzon. He finished his high school studies in Talavera National High School prior to getting his Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Engineering in Midway Maritime College, a semi-military school.
He have 2 brothers and 1 sister.
