Explay is the trademark of the Russian company "Oper". The company was founded on 2005. Its trademark brand was registered on 2007. Its nature of business is sales and after-sales service of electronic devices.
Explay manufactures a line of various electronic devices such as GPS Navigators, MP3 Players, E-books, Digital Portable Speakers, Tablet Computers, Mobile/Smart Phones and other digital products. It is the largest brand in making digital multimedia devices in relation to Russia's most advanced technologies.
One of its products, the Explay B240 was the very first handset to pass the stress test wherein there were six steps were undertaken and after they were done, the phone was still working.
