Everything Comes and Goes

Everything Comes and Goes is the fourth studio album of the American singer-songwriter Michelle Branch, the first since Hotel Paper released in 2003.
Recording
Michelle Branch began working on her third studio album in 2007, after her album Stand Still, Look Pretty with The Wreckers. On April 10, 2008, at her first solo concert in almost 4 years, Branch announced the title of her fourth studio album is Everything Comes and Goes, which is a title of one of her new songs. During this presentations, a few new tracks were revealed, such as "Long Goodbye", "This Way", and 'Crazy Ride', a ballad dedicated to her daughter Owen.
Sound
As Branch, announced in some interviews, the new album will have pop-rock songs, as the ones that she did while she was Solo, but also will keep the country style that she got with The Wreckers.
In August 2008, Michelle Branch released "Together" for the soundtrack of The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2, which actually appears in a small part of the official trailer.
