Estates at Acqualina

The Estates at Acqualina are planned twin skyscrapers which are to be constructed in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. Upon completion, the towers will be amongst the tallest buildings in Sunny Isles Beach, reaching heights of 50 stories. The Estates at Acqualina are being developed by The Trump Group, led by real estate tycoons South African-born brothers Eddie and Jules Trump. Trump Group is also famous for their Williams Island Development in Aventura.
The Estates at Acqualina will serve as luxury condominiums and is expected to include 264 luxury residences between the two towers. Plans for the Estates at Acqualina currently include multiple luxurious amenities, including an ice-skating rink, a Wall Street Trader’s Clubroom, meditation areas, and a Formula One racing simulator, among others.
In June 2016, it was announced that German fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld would design the two residential lobby spaces of The Estates at Acqualina. The project is slated to be Lagerfeld’s first interior design project in the United States.
Residences at The Estates at Acqualina are priced from $3.9 - 9 million to $40 million for penthouses.
