Esom School of Music

ESOM (Eternity Source of Music) is a music school based in Kampala the capital city of Uganda.
Founded in 2006 by Daniel Kiyega a former missionary at World Trumpet Mission America who Studied MDD (Music Dance and drama),has been playing the , Guitar, Bass, Drums and Vocal for over 15years and Performing in countries like: South Africa, Uk, Netherlands, Switzerland’s, Finland, Israel, Tanzania and many more.
As we might all know that music and singing will go on for eternity Esom focuses primarily on music within the context of Christian worship and also for people pursuing careers in popular music; such as Hip Hop, R & B, Gospel, Afro Music, etc.
The school offers professional training in singing, playing musical instruments, Dejaaying, audio music production and sound engineering. Esom benefits from close links with musicians and art instructors in and around the town of Kampala and the neighboring countries of East Africa.
In addition, the School weekly presents a band season where all students from various faculties come together for a mix-together performance. All students are required either to play in the bands or sing in the choirs, at the discretion of their music instructors.
Students who complete courses are ready to enter the profession of music either as teachers, singers or instrumentalists in Classical Music, Jazz and African Music and Dance.
