Equality Inclusion is a principle by which the importance of differences among people in an organization or event are purposefully minimized. In order to accomplish this goal administrative support must consider adopting policies which maximize apparent potential equality. Equality Inclusion does not allow for separate accommodations for certain individuals (ie. the disabled).
For example, if a performance event is to include participants with physical disabilities, the planners of the event must opt for ramps to be built in place of stairs. Another example of equality inclusion applied to hiring policies demands that no employment application ask about a potential candidate's race, gender, etc. Because of this one can see that Affirmative action policies do not promote equality inclusion.
