Enzo Fardone
Enzo Fardone is an Italian-born Australian author.
Fardone is the writer of The Poussin Enigma, published by Starburst Publishing in November 2007, a book which he alleged was the inspiration for Dan Brown's best-selling novel The Da Vinci Code. Fardone claims that he had submitted a manuscript entitled Vision of the Holy Grail to Transworld Publishers in the United Kingdom, and had received a rejection letter in 1998 from the company, doubting the story would be a commercial success. The Da Vinci Code was published five years later, and Fardone wrote to Transworld through his solicitors requesting damages and compensation for copyright infringement.
