Environmental 360 Solutions

Environmental 360 Solutions (also known as E360S) is a waste management company with headquarters in Toronto, Canada. Environmental 360 Solutions currently operates in the provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, and Ontario. The company provides environmental services to residential, municipal, commercial, and industrial customers. The company was founded in October 2018 after it completed its first acquisition.
Company history
The company was founded in 2018 by Canadian entrepreneur and businessman Danny Ardellini, who had previous experience in the environmental services industry as the founder of National Waste Services. National Waste Services was the largest subsidiary of the companies that merged to form GFL Environmental in 2008.
Environmental 360 Solutions has been expanding through acquisitions of businesses in Canada that provide services in solid, hazardous, liquid and recycling waste management.
Growth
Environmental 360 Solutions was originally established with $100 million in backing from private equity firm Almada Inc. and NHL player Paul Coffey.
In the first year of operation, Environmental 360 Solutions completed 10 acquisitions.

In March 2020, Canadian Business Growth Fund (CBGF) made a minority equity investment in Environmental 360 Solutions.
In October 2020, OPTrust invested in Environmental 360 Solutions.
In November 2020, Environmental 360 Solutions acquired Alliance Disposal based in Grande Prairie.
In 2020, Environmental 360 Solutions made a total of 10 acquisitions.
In February 2021, Axxel announced Environmental 360 Solutions' expansion into Quebec in the acquisition of Anachem Ltd of Montreal.
Municipal Waste Operations
Environmental 360 Solutions had a municipal contract with Medicine Hat when the company acquired Can Pak which won the Medicine Hat curbside recycling contract in 2018. In late 2019, E360S and the city parted ways after the company requested to re-negotiate terms to account for depressed resale prices on recyclable material.
Environmental 360 Solutions won the bid for Cornwall, Ontario’s garbage and recycling contract in January 2019. The company scored higher on a scale of 155 by the evaluation committee and took the contract over HGC Management of Brantford, who previously held the contract for 28 years. 50 points were rewarded for cost, 100 points on technical requirements, and 5 points was added for innovation and customer service.
On October 1, 2019, the company signed a multi-year municipal collection contract for services in Kelowna. E360S noticed a 25% increase in materials put out for residential curbside pick up in Kelowna since March 2020 because of effects of the Coronavirus disease 2019.
In July 2020, E360S signed a contract with Quinte West and Belleville, Ontario for garbage and organics collection in the two municipalities.
Starting in October 2020, Prince Edward County, Ontario contracted Environmental 360 (E360S) for its collection of garbage and green bin organic waste.
In 2021, the company entered a contract with the city of Timmins.
