Ende International Airport

Ende International Airport is a new international airport in Ende , replacing the old H. Hasan Aroeboesman Airport. It is located 45 km from the city centre. Now it's known as the busiest airport on the far east of Indonesia. The domestic terminal is equipped with 4 airbridges and a large apron. There are 2 international terminals. Each terminal has 4 airbridges. The third international terminal will be opened in early 2008 for another international flights. And there are 2 runways on the airport. And a large carpark building has been added in front of the both terminal buildings.

Statistics
Currently the airport can handled up to 10 million passengers. But in early 2008, the third international terminal will be opened for another routes served by another international flights. If the new terminal has been opened, the airport can handled up to 20 million passengers or more.
