End of the world economy

The End of the world economy is a recent vision of the End of the World, linked to the global economic crisis, unprecedented in the history of mankind, which has invested the world economic system from 2008 onwards.
Because of the continuation of the crisis and thanks to the evidence that instruments of monetary policy in the hands of Central Banks were not able to stem the disastrous effects of the economic downturn, many people have begun to think that the date of December 21, 2012 (see 2012 phenomenon) is a turning point for mankind, a point of no return where world would understand the limits and paradoxes of unsustainable development imposed by capitalism and the financial markets.
This vision of the end of the world is due to the fact that the economic system, during the era of globalization, it has become a common factor that can affect the lives of all people in the world, as well as climate change, pollution, war global or the fate, from an astronomical point of view, of the Earth.
