Employmentism is the term coined for society where monetary earning is earned via employment is used for purchasing basic amenities including food, shelter. The essential services that mankind on earth needs are agriculture, housing, power, communication, transport, education creates certain employment positions. The basic incorrect assumption is that those position count shall always increase with increasing population and that the earning via lowest of the position will be sufficient to sustain. The future world could be pictured as all humans on earth get the basic amenities food, shelter etc. for free regardless of employment and survival should not be a motivation for education. Government building buildings like roads for shelter looks like more easier option than the loan and currency mortgage games where all the involved parties buyer, seller, borrower and lander needs to be bailed out and competition for cheaper labour continues giving rise to increase in different varieties of crime.
