Employabilitree is the organic conceptualization of your skills as a tree. By matching your skill development to that of a tree, you will gain greater insight into your own employability. There are seven parts of a tree, where each part symbolizes a part of your employability. Your roots are your emotional skills, your trunk is your core skills, your branches are the sector skills, your twig is your career management skills and your leaves are your work management skills. Once all of this has grown, your tree can produce fruit, which is the benefits of the work which we do. Lastly, is our seeds, which are our networking skills. In order to truly be employable we need to create a forest around us. This career paradigm can enable you to take on a focused approach to your career. |
