Elizabeth Munge

Elizabeth Munge Wambui (Born 20 February 1993)is a Kenyan model, global peace ambassador and Founder Rights A Necessity Initiative. Elizabeth Munge Wambui is the former Miss Tourism Kenya Laikipia County 2015 and Miss Laikipia University 2013. She currently works at Liwamu Lavish Interiors a company she founded.
Early life
Elizabeth grew up in various parts of Kenya including Narumoru and Nairobi. Elizabeth is daughter to Moses Munge Miano and Nancy Gathoni Ndumbi.She has 3 siblings 1 brother and 2 sisters (Lucy Munge). Elizabeth went to Pangani National School in Nairobi and later joined Laikipia University for her bachelors degree. At Laikipia University she got interested in modeling and decided to take modeling as a part time activity along side her studies.
Career
In 2013, Elizabeth enrolled for a bachelors degree in Economics and Sociology at Laikipia University in Nyahururu. The same year she participated in a modeling contest Miss Laikipia University which she won. From winning the competition she got motivated to join the modelling industry and took one year out to prepare for the Miss Tourism Kenya Competitions. In the year 2014 she entered the Miss Tourism Kenya Competitions where she was crowned the eventual winner as the Miss Tourism Kenya Laikipia County. She went on to represent the county at the National level in the Finals held in Nairobi and later on was appointed the Global peace ambassador for 2014 - 2015. As the County ambassador she developed a strong urge to fight for the girl child in the area, teaming up with former Miss Tourisim Kenya Laikipia County Grace Wanene and other Winners of the Miss toursism Kenya competitions and running mentorship programs for the girls in her county. She went on to forming her own organiation Rights A Neccessity Initiative which champions in creating an awareness and a culture in human rights among the youth which started in May, 2016.
