Edwina Cheer

Edwina Cheer (born January 18, 1982) is an Australian fitness personality based in Los Angeles, California. She is best known for her work in sports nutrition for professional athletes. Edwina maintains a solid roster of celebrity clientele that has included Quinton Rampage Jackson, Jonathan Bennett, Allen Leech, Tom Lenk, Jesse Metcalfe, Nicole Murphy, as well as various title MMA fighters and Australian Public Figures. She is well regarded professionally amongst health and wellness peers and contributes as a Health and Wellness Expert to popular publications such as The Huffington Post ,The BeFiT Channel (Lionsgate Entertainment), , The Body Department by Shawn Johnson .
She believes that her role in fitness is to encourage women to believe that strong is feminine; that embracing her strength as a woman meant embracing the heights of her femininity. Her book, The Mind and Body Diet arms readers with the tools to bring mind and body together to break past stubborn mental blocks and toxic habits to achieve their greatest heights in health and life.
Career
Edwina has appeared in a multitude of fitness campaigns for health and lifestyle brands, including national endorsements for Fig Newton Mini's, Nike, The North Face and Nestle Arrowhead Water. She was seen alongside Tara Reid in TV Movie, Vipers, as a newlywed couple with actor Anwar Hasan She appeared on ABC7 with fitness icon Jackie Warner and ABC7 Health Host Lori Corbin to endorse the topic of Jackie's new 'Ladder Technique' and subsequent advertisement for her book, This Is Why You're Sick and Tired. Edwina's best work has been illustrated in her lead preparation of MMA Light Heavyweight Champion Quinton "Rampage" Jackson for numerous title fights for Bellator MMA. Edwina has worked alongside Rampage's strength and conditioning team to bring Rampage to weigh in successfully, most notably leading a weight-loss and successful weigh in of 40lbs in just 7 weeks. Quinton "Rampage" Jackson has won each of the title fights under the sports nutrition guidance of Edwina and the conditioning team.

Edwina is of mixed Fijian and Chinese descent. She was born in Vancouver Canada, but was raised in Sydney, Australia.
