Edward Alan Meyer

Edward Alan Meyer born 6/07/1963 in Norfolk, Virginia. He spent his youth traveling to a few different "duty" stations as his father was in the United States Navy. When Edward was attending Hish School in Shallotte, North Carolina he married his first wife Annette Hewett. They were married only for a short time as they were more friends than lovers. Consequently shortly after their marriage they divorced. A short time after his divorce with Annette he met the woman that was to be his second wife Noreen DiMaggio. Noreen and Edward were married for a couple years, but only because neither Edward nor Noreen had filed for a divorce even though Edward was "stationed" in Hawaii as a United States Marine. Hawaii was where Edward met the girl that was to be his third wife Faith. They met in 1986 and were married 2 weeks after having their first child together in August of 1987. Yet, another divorce was on the horizon, even though Edward and Faith stayed married for 15 years and had 3 children. In 2002 Faith left with the 3 kids and moved back to Alaska. In 2003 Edward married his 4th wife Kelly. In 2004 a shot was fired from a handgun that hit Kelly in the shoulder. Edward was arrested, in the same North Carolina County that he had been a Police Officer in. The State Port Pilot as well as the Brunswick Beacon and Wilmington Star all ran stories on the Police Officer who was charged with Assault With A Deadly Weapon Inflicting Serious Injury. His divorce from his 4th wife was final in October of 2007.

His children Charity age 20 is living in Alaska with her husband and daughter.
Brittany age 17 is currently living in North Carolina with her boyfriend,
waiting to join the Coast Guard and persue her career as a Nurse.
And the youngest Kyle age 15 is living at home in Alaska with his Mom,
going to school and writing his first fictional book.
